Clear your energy, get grounded in your body
and feel nurtured.
You can sit, or lie down to receive the soothing Reiki and sound healing vibes. I will guide you to release any excess energy in your body and your aura. I do channel messages and will pass the messages to the group throughout our time together.
We will call in your divine guides, Usui and soul guardian to create a vortex of Reiki healing energy. We will create a sacred space together. This will be a guided process to help release the week, and gently divert the excess energy from our bodies into the Earth.
Yoga mats are provided, and we do have a few cushions available, on a first come first serve basis. If you need a chair instead of lying or sitting on the floor, please let me know.

Be Comfortable
Bring your blanket(s), pillows, or any props to make yourself comfy! During an energy healing session, your body will relax, and you may start to cool down, so if you know you get cold during soundbaths, come prepared! Please let me know if you need a chair before the soundbath.

Bring Your Journal
We will be setting intentions for what you want to clear, so bring your journal, or notebook, or pen and paper. Take note of how you felt before and after.

Masks
Please note, this is an indoor event. We do not require masks, however, if you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do. We do have a large room HEPA filter in the room.
