Here's What You'll Get!

Each week we will practice all things Reiki: hand positions, go over and integrate the symbols, the Reiki precepts and so much more.

There will always be time for Q&A at the end of class and a private forum (not on FB) for any burning questions between classes.

WEEK 1

The basics: Self-Reiki, going over hand positions, grounding techniques, Reiki precepts, Usui Reiki history, and more!

WEEK 2

How to give yourself Reiki while at your desk, waiting in line, etc. Learn creative ways of using Reiki, and more!

WEEK 3

Bring a guest to practice hands-on Reiki on them! How to conduct a session on another person, and more!

WEEK 4

Reiki 2 symbols, what they are, how to use them, practice remote Reiki--han sha zay whaa??

WEEK 5

Practice remote Reiki with symbols, send group Reiki, learn some of the lesser known things you can do with the distance healing symbol.

WEEK 6

Review of grounding and clearing techniques, Reiki symbols, remote Reiki healing, any questions and closing ceremony.

I've been practicing Reiki and intuitive healing for 20 years on myself, family, friends, animals and clients.

I've been teaching Reiki and intuitive energy healing for 15 years. My philosophy about teaching Reiki and intuitive healing is: I'm not teaching you. My job is to help you remember the healer that you already are, to uncover what your intuitive gifts are, so that you can share them and help make this world a better place.

I'm so excited to offer this 6 week Reiki Refresher class. It's an absolute joy and honor to be able to hold space for you to grow as a person and be a beacon of compassion.

I have more questions, how can I talk to you?

My hours are 10a-5:30p PST, Mondays-Fridays.

How can I access the recorded class(es) and my bonus gifts?

Once you register, email me both Reiki 1 and 2 certificates, you will be given a link to register for the private members area for the Reiki Refresher 6 Week Class.

Any hand-outs, audios, recorded class videos will be uploaded to the member area.

All class materials will be uploaded 48 hours after each class.

What happens if I miss a class, how do I practice what you covered?

The class will be recorded and there will be a phone tree, it will be your resposibility to get together with another practitioner to go practice what we went over in class.

Will getting another attunement mess me up and confuse my spirit about Reiki?

No, getting another Reiki attunement isn't going to confused your spirit, or your soul or your brain.

Remember, Reiki can do no harm.

The experience will be different that your other Reiki attunements though, because you are not the same person you were back then. And you are getting another attunement from a different teacher.

While it will be different, it's not going to mess anything up.

Does it matter which Reiki I took?

Unelss it was Holy Fire Reiki, it doesn't matter since all lineages in the U.S. and the rest of the world all stem from Usui's Reiki.

We will practice how to give Reiki to yourself and to others. The whole idea is to practice with me, your teacher, and answer any questions that may come up.

Some Reiki systems have more symbols.

We will be using the 3 symbols that are associated with Usui Reiki that most people learned for Usui Reiki Level 2.

Are the attunements virtual as well?

Yes, they will be scheduled outside of our weekly class, they will be done over zoom with just you and me.

How do I prove to you that I took a Reiki 1 and 2 class?

You can take a pix of both certificates and email them to me when you register.

Please make the Reiki certificates are clear and have good lighting.

Since you are doing attunements, will you give me a Reiki certificate?

No. I won't be giving out Reiki certificates. This is a Reiki Refresher class, I am not certifying anyone in Reiki, just training in Reiki 1 and 2 basics.

Unless you took a class with me years ago and you lost yours, I can send you another one for a fee.

I lost my Reiki certificates, and I can't prove that I took the Reiki 1 and 2 level class. Will I be able to take this 6 week refresher class?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to attend this class. In order to keep the integrity of the class, everyone needs to be able to show me their Reiki 1 and 2 certificates.

I need to know you have a background (however general it may be) in Reiki levels 1 and 2 so that I can teach from that general place and move everyone forward.
