Getting physical and emotional release is one way to practice self-love and self-care.

This session will help you feel loved, nurtured and empowered,  because you are getting unconditional love, channeled from the universe.  It's like a refuge from some of those overwhelming feelings or thoughts that create anxiousness and worry. 

Sometimes, you feel like the world and the Universe are working against you, like you don't have control over the events happening in your life! You're irritated and feel like you are covered in sticky glue because you have picked up other people's energy and it's affecting your mood.

Reiki can help you when you need someone to hold space for you, clear your energy field (aura), feel reconnected to yourself and grounded in your body. 

Then, you can show up for your family or job with your head cleared, rested and energized.

People have come out of my sessions like they just got back from a vacay.

One session isn't a cure, it's a pathway to find peace and be able to get back to your life with clarity.

This may be an active session, meaning there may be some conversation during the session about where in your body you are holding on to the emotional pain from something that happened at work, from the past or in a current relationship.

Or it maybe a passive session, where you go into a lucid state deeply at peace but aware of what's going on during your session.

Whether active or passive, intuitive reiki healing will, poof! Help you feel (and look) brighter, lighter, relaxed and yet energised at the same time.

If you are actively doing inner work, then you know what I am talking about. 

I may be intuitively guided to use crystals, sound bowls, essential oil sprays or essential oils to help in the healing. If you have allergies to essential oils, please let me know!
